Anne asked for details about the Kettle Bell workout, that Cath got a while ago. So here it is. Along with said Kettlebells.
It comes highly recommended. I’ve watched it and it looks very good and it even gives you “options” if you’re not up to the full workout yet. As with all these DVDs do as much as you can, and try not to collapse in a heap on the floor.
Cath recommends starting with the 6kg, with the 4kg as "arrggghh my arms are going to drop off" back up. Than working your way up.
